1.The whole machine is “creamy white” 2.The machine will start after 5seconds after pressing the start button. 3.The machine is controlled by self-developed control board. The operation speed is very stable without abnormal vibrating, temperature accelerating and abnormal noise. 4.The machine is with tidy line arrangement, there is no lines uncovered. 5.The operation fault and problem will display on the HMI, you can check in time. 6.There is 2 meters buffer conveyor to store the tissue coming into the machine. 7.The sealing is very tidy without folding fault. 8.The film cutting and the easy-tear is controlled by rotary spring cutter with servo motors. Without tissues, it will not cut in order to enhance the cutter life-time. 9.The film -sending is controlled by servo motor and the control board. The pattern area is precisely located. 10.The machine will not pull the film without the tissues. 11.The paper contact part is stainless steel(the tissue in-feed arranging conveyor is with food-class PU belt). 12.The main motor is with invert control for changing the speed freely. 13.The machine can detect the tissues which is too long or too short to overload protect function to avoid the main machine cam brake and folder damage. 14.The machine is with 3 inverts and 5 tissue arranging conveyors to make sure there is no empty bags, no tissue blocking during production to enhance the machine production efficiency. 15.The in-feed conveyor is equipped with tissue tapping device to make the packing effect square. 16.The machine can be equipped with conveying lines(according to agreed drawing)
